The Piusi Self Service B.SMART AdBlue™ Management System is a compact, freestanding dispensing unit which offers authorised users fast and precise dispensing from an AdBlue storage tank™ with fluid monitoring features. Like the Piusi Self Service MC AdBlue™ this fluid management system is a sturdy, all in one unit with integrated AdBlue™ transfer pump, nozzle, pulse meter and 70 micron particle filter, with the additional benefit of the B.SMART software from industry leading manufacturer Piusi.
B.SMART is the first cloud based fuel management system from Piusi, providing fleet manager’s with remote and real time data online on their fuel use. Using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device, the system will dispense once activated via Bluetooth. Then when the transaction is complete, the system will send the data using the network data on the driver’s mobile phone. This enables real time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smart phone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites.
One of the largest benefits of the Piusi B.SMART is that there are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees to account for – you simply buy the system and that's it! Something which is unlike other cloud based fuel management systems on the market.
As well as being able to view up to date transaction reports by date, quantity of fluid taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The B.SMART online fuel management system will only allow those drivers set with a mobile app licence by the manager to dispense and therefore prevents unauthorised use.

What happens if a driver goes to refuel and finds their phone battery is flat?
If this happens, then they will not be able to access the pump unless there is a registered yellow key fob on site (see accessories table). The use of a yellow key fob as a backup allows emergency access when the driver is unable to use the app. The information from that transaction will be synchronized next time Wi-Fi/mobile network is accessed e.g. a driver connects using the app.
I don’t let my drivers use their phone close to the pump, how can the system work for me?
Bluetooth connection to the fuel dispenser can work up to 15m away. Therefore, the driver can set up the dispensing whilst inside vehicle, then leave the phone inside the cab whilst refuelling, and return to the phone once complete and the data will send to the cloud as normal.

The Piusi MC Box 2.0 Fuel Management System is a cost effective fuel monitoring panel designed to be retrofitted to existing fuel dispensers. It is therefore the perfect fuel management solution when the pumping system already installed on the fuel storage tank does not need replacing. Using electronic touch keys, the MC Box limits access to only authorised drivers and vehicles, ensuring that only approved people can dispense fuel.
The MC Box 2.0 fuel monitoring system comes complete with the brand new, innovative Self Service 2.0 fuel management software for the enhanced monitoring of fuel, drivers and vehicles all at the convenience of the manager's desk. The 2.0 software benefits from a ‘plug and play’ real time, PC based software interface, which is unrivalled in terms of its modern look and feel. It receives the recorded transaction data such as driver, vehicle, date, time and quantity dispensed from the unit via internet connection.
The interactive PC software provides the manager with the ability to set up and view the fuel tank management systems that are on site, monitor the real time fuel levels of all tanks on site, supervise the drivers and monitor their activity and manage their vehicles and fuel consumption. All of the recorded information and customised data reports can be clearly viewed on screen and exported.
